I have been in the consultant/project management/business analysis field for over 12 years now and I have excellent experience in the US and Internationally. I am dedicated to detailed written requirements during business analyses and project management. This is and was always my foundation for the software architects and developers. My requirements also serve as an excellent handbook for business owner and stakeholder during the process of software development. Good documented projects do not leave many questions open. Using this as a core part of my process has given me a proven track record in project management, being in or under budget, and within the stated time line.
